NOS Low Voltage Heating Thermostat Mercury Contacts Vintage Electromode 5258A

Description

This is a new (old stock) thermostat. Never used. In the original box. With instructions, as pictured.
I purchased several of these at an estate sale.
Some have slightly soiled boxes, but the contents are all clean, new, and in pristine condition.

It is untested but appears to have all the parts. Not sure how old this is exactly but my best guess late 1920's to mid 1930's - I could be very wrong with this guess -
The knob that turns the thermostat does turn without issues on the dial.
Dial is in great shape
the case has a rustic aged look even comes with some paint on the edges. easy to clean off with some elbow grease if desired. I kinda like the rustic look.
